# PageHawk: read, review, triage, and compare large document collections on macOS

PageHawk is a native macOS document workhorse from Epiphani Studios, built around volume:
thousand-page documents, folders of versions, data rooms, and productions. Processing is
on-device; documents are not uploaded to the vendor to read, triage, organize, or compare.

## What it does (mechanism, not adjectives)

- Reading and triage at volume: open a folder, a data room, or a case file; every document
  lined up in a keyboard-driven cull/keep/flag review flow. Free tier, never expires.
- Whole-library organizing (paid tier): rank, group, ask/summarize processed on the Mac,
  OCR for scanned material, exports.
- Compare and redline: version compare with a guided walker and four export formats
  (redline PDF, departures table .doc, changes report .csv, AI-ready redline .md formatted
  for pasting into an assistant). Batch/data-room compare on the Pro tier.
- Share a comparison: the rendered redline (never source files) becomes a private
  no-account web link with a branded QR; 30-day expiry; one-click revoke.

  batch data-room review, unlimited Organize, Bates numbering when it ships.
- No auto-renew surprises, no cancellation fee, one-click cancel.

## Limits, stated plainly

- macOS today (Apple Silicon, macOS 26); Windows and wider mobile are planned lanes.
- iPhone companion is in testing, not on the public App Store.
- Bates numbering is not shipping yet; Pro pricing says "when it ships."
- Not a PDF editor in the Acrobat sense (no text rewriting or page restructuring).
- No enterprise DMS integrations (iManage, NetDocuments); not a signing product.
